Debra Fournerat

Debra Fournerat, CPA, serves as Tax Manager and Financial Advisor at Five Star Advisor Partners. With more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, Debra is dedicated to helping individuals and small businesses address complex tax and accounting matters while supporting their long-term financial goals.

Before joining Five Star Advisor Partners, Debra owned and operated her public accounting firm, Debra J. Fournerat, P.C., where she spent more than two decades preparing tax returns and providing accounting and advisory services to individuals and small businesses. Her extensive experience allows her to identify practical solutions to a wide range of tax and financial challenges.

Prior to establishing her own practice, Debra apprenticed in the tax practice of Duncan Barnett, CPA, where she built a strong foundation in tax preparation, planning, and client service.

Debra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Liberal Arts and a Master of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Austin. She later earned a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas. In 1998, she became a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
